If Photism does not work for you for any reason, email hello@photism.app within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify it. Send the email from the address you used at checkout, or include your Stripe receipt, so we can find your order.
Before you ask for a refund
Most problems are quick to fix, and we are happy to help first if you would rather keep the product working. Two things are worth checking:
- Requirements. Photism runs on macOS and Windows, as a VST3 or AU in any DAW, as a standalone app with no DAW, or as the Ableton Max for Live device (Live Suite, or Standard with the M4L add-on). A reasonably modern GPU does the drawing.
- Setup. The download includes a QUICKSTART file that covers the whole install. If something is not behaving, that is the fastest place to start. You can also email us.
How refunds are processed
Payments and refunds are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. The seller of record is Cerrone LLC, doing business as Photism. Once we approve a refund it is issued to your original payment method through Stripe. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, usually a few business days.
After the 14 days
Past 14 days we no longer offer automatic refunds, but we still want you to be happy with Photism. If something is broken, email us and we will make it right, whether that is a fix, an update, or a refund at our discretion.
